I’m looking something that has variable nicotine levels (so that he can ease down to a low-level of nicotine as he “weans” himself off), is easy to use, sturdy, long-lasting, good drag, cheap, easy to get refills delivered, etc, etc…I’ve been looking at reviews online for HOURS now & can’t seem to come to any conclusion about the BEST option…Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!
