Liquid THC?

First off, I'm not a pothead... so... let's just keep that clear.

I just want to know if it's possible to get a liquid form of THC to smoke with the e-cigarettes. That would be an absolute breakthrough for marijuana smokers. All the benefits of getting high without the smoke...

Anyone tried this or heard about it? And for that matter, is there anything else that can be vaporized in these e-cigarettes? Such as maybe... liquid LSD?

Once again I don't do drugs, just curious.

  1. I had the same idea, only I’m interested in a legal THC alternative e-cig juice. I haven’t found it yet, but there are some sources of “THC Honey” and “THC Oil” which is .NOT LEGAL ‘cuz it’s derived from MJ.
Even if it was legal, it burns at a much higher temperature than the PG-based e-cig liquids, so it wouldn’t vaporize in a standard e-cig unit.
If you find something, please share, as I agree that there is a market out there for a novel product like this.

  2. Well, I’ve been meaning to attempt this for quite some time… I enjoy cannabis occasionally, though I’m more interested on making it all work.

In theory, it should… You’d have to extract it (similar to how they extract the nicotine for the nicotine liquid [unless it's completely synthetic...])… So grab an extraction tutorial on the tubes and follow it to a tee. (There’s a multitude of ways to do it, I’d try the ethyl alcohol method.)

Once extracted and the alcohol is evaporated, you’d have to heat up the remains to “activate” the THC. So then, it’d connect properly to your brain’s cannabinoid receptors. (The lighter against the plant material pretty much does the same thing, right?) I’m no chemist, just curious.

So, with that in mind… Give it a try if you feel like it, or get around to it.
