A friend's father wants to quit smoking, so I suggested e-cigarettes. My friend said his father hadn't heard of e-cigs before, and is interested. He lives in Hawaii (not sure which island). Does Hawaii have any e-cig retailers -- actual stores as opposed to overpriced mall-based kiosks?

He was in Las Vegas recently and saw some e-cigs at a kiosk in a mall. Fortunately, he didn't buy anything there. He'll be back in Vegas in a couple of months. Anyone know of any actual retailers there?

I learned of one LV seller that has a web site -- ujustpuff.com -- and thought I would order a small quantity of juice from them to see what their flavors are like. Despite some (apparent) bugs in their shopping cart, I managed to put together a small order and went to the check-out page -- where I saw a notice reading Minimum order is $100. Please continue shopping.

Uh, howzat again? That's the only e-cig vendor I've ever seen on-line that had a $100 min. order. Not goin' for that. I emptied the cart and left.

Any other retail shops for e-cigs in LV?
